I don't know how to feel right now.

I'm not sure I'm going to post this, but part of me wants to call all of my praying friends to pray.

Please pray.

Pray for a friend of Rob's.

A friend with something in common that we hope we never have in common with you.

This friend lost his son 11 months ago to suicide.

And his wife, 2 weeks ago...to suicide.

My heart....

I want to reassure you.

Rob and I are ok. We have purposed to do everything in our power not to let Satan grab ahold of our grief.

Not to let depression grab ahold.

We are being very deliberate.

We are making choices that hold us to that.

We are talking to each other.

We are enjoying 90% of our life.

Continue to surround us with your prayers.

Pray for Rob's friend. He needs it more right now.
